How the French view La France insoumise’s far-left classification
Following the controversy sparked by the Interior Ministry's decision to classify La France insoumise as extreme left-wing for the 2026 municipal elections, Ifop surveyed French people on their perception of this classification for Fiducial and Sud Radio. Carried out among a representative national sample of over 1,500 French people, the survey shows that this classification arouses a consensus in opinion that isolates LFI within the left.
Digital tools: uses and dialogue in the family sphere
For several years now, the impact of screens on children has been at the heart of public and institutional debate. At a time when a bill to ban social networking for children under 15 and cell phones in high schools is due to be debated in early 2026, Ifop has conducted a representative survey of parents and their children aged 8 to 15 on their family's digital practices on behalf of the Fondation pour l'Enfance.
This survey explores both digital uses within families and the way in which these practices are framed and discussed. How are digital tools integrated into home life, and how are they managed? Is there a dialogue between parents and children? And what view do children themselves take of their uses?
