We analyze user expectations to support transition in the mobility sector, and help design more sustainable, streamlined and attractive offers.
Scooters, bicycles, car-sharing… soft mobility solutions are becoming standard urban practice. Their adopters see them as providing greater freedom, but also a response to environmental and economic challenges.
Mobile applications have become an integral part of the automotive experience: location, diagnostics, remote adjustments. Ergonomics and reliability are becoming satisfaction criteria that are as strong as the vehicle itself.
Cars are turning into smart assistants: adapting to driving style, managing the unexpected, personalizing the experience. AI is revolutionising the driving experience but is also a strong lever of technological differentiation.
More and more users are combining means of transport: bike + train, car + underground. Time optimization, navigation apps and local incentives encourage these flexible hybrid uses.
Born with digital, sustainable and shared mobility, Gen Alphas do not imagine a world revolving around a personal vehicle. Their future relationship with cars will be guided by ethics, UX and immediacy. A generation that needs to be decoded right now.
