The results of this second edition of the Grande Enquête sur la santé mentale au travail show a measured improvement in the mental well-being of French employees.
Nevertheless, one employee in four remains unwell, and nearly seven out of ten say they have already experienced a work-related disorder. This underscores a persistent tension: while awareness is growing, vulnerabilities remain, and perceptions of mental disorders are hardening.
