Against a backdrop of accelerating decarbonization and pressure on energy prices, GRDF has renewed its survey of perceptions of heating systems among residents of the Pays de la Loire, Centre-Val de Loire and Bretagne regions.
Objective: to monitor changes in representations and better understand the obstacles to taking action.

Fuel oil disqualified, wood and heating networks associated with local/economic, solar and green gas with ecological modernity. A veritable hierarchy of energies is taking hold. - Green gas reconfigures the image of gas
It dissociates gas from the criticisms associated with fossil fuels and reintegrates it into the transition narrative. - Consumer inertia remains strong
More than 1 in 2 do not want to change their heating system. The trigger is still primarily economic, with immediate and tangible benefits expected.
