A few weeks before the first round of municipal elections, Ifop-Fiducial conducted a survey for LCI, La Provence and Sud Radio on the electoral climate in Marseille.
In the first round, the left-wing union led by Benoît Payan would achieve 35% of voting intentions, coming out on top. This would put it ahead of the Rassemblement National and UDR list led by Franck Allisio, credited with 32%. The Right and Center list led by Martine Vassal would garner 18%, while Sébastien Delogu’s list would reach 13%. Finally, the lists led by Erwan Davoux and Rémy Bazzali would obtain 1.5% and 0.5% of voting intentions respectively.
In terms of certainty of choice, 84% of voters would say they were sure of their vote, while 16% could still change their mind. This certainty would appear to be particularly high among voters of the list led by Franck Allisio (92%), and lower among voters of the lists led by Martine Vassal (79%) and Sébastien Delogu (79%).
In the event of a quadrangular second round, the list led by Benoît Payan would reach 38% of voting intentions, retaining first place. It would be followed by the list led by Franck Allisio, credited with 34%. The right-of-center list led by Martine Vassal would garner 17%, while Sébastien Delogu’s list would reach 11%.
In the event of a triangular second round, the list led by Benoît Payan would achieve 46% of voting intentions, ahead of the list led by Franck Allisio (36%) and that led by Martine Vassal (18%).
In the event of a duel in the second round, the list led by Benoît Payan would achieve 55% of voting intentions, against 45% for the list led by Franck Allisio.
