- 44% face a high level of psychosocial risks, including 3% at a very high level
- 91% are pessimistic about the future of the profession
- 61% plan to change career paths before the end of their careers, including 23% who plan to leave the healthcare sector entirely
- Only 7% feel supported by administrative authorities
Despite everything, commitment to the profession remains strong: 94% of nurses believe they are doing meaningful work, and 90% are proud of it.
