Executive Mental and Physical Health Barometer
Conducted by Ifop for the MMA Foundation for Entrepreneurs of the Future among 1,000 executives of microbusinesses, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and mid-sized companies in the spring of 2026, the 11th edition of the annual survey on the mental and physical health of executives highlights a troubling reality. While business leaders demonstrate a high degree of resilience, an increasing number of them are facing health challenges. In particular, the study reveals that one in two executives has already experienced psychological distress. This 2026 edition also sheds new light on the links between executives’ mental health and the day-to-day exercise of their responsibilities.

An In-Depth Look at the Sexuality of French Men and Women
The data highlights a widening gap in sexual experiences between women and men. Female sexual boredom and the orgasm gap have significantly increased, particularly among younger generations.
Sexuality is also increasingly shaped by performance dynamics, with rising rates of orgasm simulation, differing perceptions of intercourse duration, and practices that remain highly unequal in terms of pleasure depending on gender.
Finally, sexual behaviours are evolving in contrasting ways: the normalisation of violent sexual practices among young women, the growing use of sex toys in couples, and the spread of new practices such as squirting, especially among younger generations.
