Adecco Group Foundation at the heart of changes in the world of work
Case study: Services
Objective
Against the backdrop of changes in the world of work, Adecco Group Foundation sought to acquire the solutions and data required to understand and anticipate needs related to career change.
Approach
The two-part quantitative study involving 1,000 employees and 94 HR directors, supplemented by 13 interviews, enabled a comparison of perspectives and a better understanding of the challenges inherent to career change.
Impact
The results revealed high expectations, but also persistent hurdles, thus bringing to light the necessity for a more coordinated approach to career change support.
Thanks to our partnership with Ifop Group and ANDRH, we now have a solid foundation for the development of support programs that best reflect the needs on the ground.
