Understanding the motivations for career change

Step 1

A two-part quantitative study was conducted among 94 HR directors from the ANDRH (National Association of Human Resources Directors) and a representative sample of 1,000 French employees. This approach enabled to compare the perceptions, expectations, and practices of companies and employees regarding career change.

Deep-dive into realities on the ground

These interviews shed light on the hurdles, the rationale behind the strategy adopted, and the discrepancies observed, providing a more balanced understanding of how the career change process unfolds on the ground.

Operational recommendations

Step 3

A summary report put the findings from the quantitative and qualitative studies into perspective, thus providing structure to the main findings before providing recommendations as to how to better support future career change needs.

Thanks to our partnership with Ifop Group and ANDRH, we now have a solid foundation for the development of support programs that best reflect the needs on the ground.
