With less than a week to go to the first round of municipal elections, Ifop for Le Courrier picard with France 3 Hauts-de-France and Ici Picardie conducted a survey on the electoral climate in Amiens.

In the first round, the left-wing union list led by Frédéric Fauvet would come out on top with 25% of voting intentions. It would be closely followed by the municipal majority list led by Hubert de Jenlis (24%). The LFI list led by Samy Olivier would achieve 14%, while the RN list led by Damien Toumi would garner 12% and the no-label list led by Julia Bellina would stand at 11%. The other lists would score more modestly: Aurélien Caron’s divers droite list (8%), the divers center lists of Benoît Mercuzot (3.5%) and Paul-Éric Dècle (1%), and the LO list led by Jean-Patrick Baudry (1.5%).

With regard to the certainty of their choice, 73% of voters said they were sure of their vote, while 27% could still change their mind. This certainty appears particularly high among voters on the list led by Damien Toumi (84%), and lower among voters on the list led by Frédéric Fauvet (65%).
