The main findings of the survey:
1. Electronic invoicing is a legal obligation already widely identified by Cerfrance member-customers, even if its adoption remains more advanced in larger structures.
2. The transition to electronic invoicing is already underway for a majority of companies, mainly through the choice of an approved platform.
3. Cerfrance has established itself as the benchmark player in this transition, with the solution proposed by the network widely favored by companies that have already chosen an approved platform.
4. The need for support appears to be a strong expectation on the part of member-customers, who are more interested in concrete, personalized and operational support than in simple remote information formats.
5. E-invoicing is still perceived more as a regulatory constraint than as an opportunity, and its practical benefits still need to be made more visible, particularly to companies less advanced in the transition.
