Ifop, in partnership with the Fondation Jean Jaurès and Swile, unveils the results of its survey on employee benefits.
For 55% of French employees, a reduction or elimination of these benefits could lead them to leave their company or organization.
– Without gift vouchers, 43% of employees would no longer give presents at Christmas.
– Without meal vouchers, 55% of employees would eat less at lunchtime, and 49% would skip certain meals.
A strong attachment to employee benefits
84% of employees who receive benefits are attached to them.
For the majority, they contribute directly to well-being at work:
- Meal vouchers: 88
- Gift vouchers: 83
- Vacation vouchers: 82
The protective role of employee benefits
20% of employees have less than €100 in their account on the 10th of the month. This situation is much more common among those without employee benefits (27%) than among those with benefits (17%).
Lack of money :
- 77% have given up vacations
- 69% did not take part in parties because they were unable to offer a gift
- 52% did not eat certain meals
