Adeline started her first administration job 15 years ago in the Shanghai Rep office of a European company where she learned about how a Rep office works as a bridge between China and headquarter. Later on, when more and more international companies wanted to open China market, Adeline got good opportunities to help foreign companies to setup the China subsidiaries from scratch. Due to the business nature of different companies, Adeline worked closely with headquarters and local teams to take care of Admin, Finance, HR, Logistics and even Sales. From the first and only one person in the Shanghai office to the one of a whole team, Adeline lived the most valuable experience of growing with the company.
The year of 2013 is the new page of Adeline at both personal and professional life. She became a mother, and also joined Ifop Asia as the role of Office Manager. Everything was new and exciting, and so was the marketing research industry for her. Thanks to all the excellent researchers of Ifop, she found new, fun and smart ways to see the world, even though she is still doing the same multifunctional job. She runs the only team not doing the researcher job at Ifop Asia, but her team is everywhere in the research projects and daily company operation. When time comes to Year 2019, Adeline is already the mother of two kids, and she keeps working as “the mother” for the Ifop Asia family in Admin, Finance, and HR functions.
